You were right about Bayern winning 1-0, chriscol. I could've gotten -1.0, -135 on them for a push, but someone bet on Bayern right away and the book moved it to -1.5. I decided to play it anyway.

Oh well, Wolfsburg scores in the 85 min. to get the 2-1 win and Celtic came thru for me 2-0 as well. Arsenal and Chelsea are 1-1 at the half so I can do no worse than a push there.

Damn, what happened to Alkmaar losing 2-1 at home?

Adding one play for tonight:

USA - MLS
07:30pm Seattle FC +0.5, -122 at Chivas USA
There is a strong chance 2nd string goaltender Chris Eylander will start over the 3rd stringer Ben Dragavon who came in last week when Kasey Keller got the red card. He led the USL 1st Div. in saves in '07 and '08. Hopefully, Montero and Ljungberg get it going offensively. I'm not ready to give up on these guys after one loss. Homer pick.

I need to stay away from Seattle and the MLS. They are an average team, at best. The top teams in Europe are so much more entertaining to watch it isn't even funny. So much for the promising start to the day.

3-4-2..........-1.7 units

Sunday - 04/19

Scotland - Premier League
06:00am Rangers -1.0, +117 at Hibernan
Rangers will want to keep pace with Celtic at the top of the table.

Netherlands - Eredivisie
07:30am Ajax at PSV Eindhoven Over 2.5, -130

England - FA Cup
08:00am Manchester United -0.5, -135 vs. Everton
Can Man. U. win the FA Cup, Champions League and the Premiership in the same season? Has that ever been done before?

Damn, no Ronaldo today for Man. U.? I wondered why the line was so low. They just lost in PK's. So FA Cup is least important to the top teams still in Champions League. Got it, I'm still learning.

I keep losing juice here. I might have to look at 2-team parlays to avoid all these pushes.

Also, I need a better book with more options. My Man. U. bet was for 90 min. instead of a bet to advance to the next round. I'm sure there are better books for soccer than Olympic. Is 5Dimes good for soccer?

slatter, you aren't kidding!! Ha Ha. It's tough to watch. Chelsea will be in town on July 18 to play Seattle in a friendly. It will get ugly even if Chelsea plays all of their backups. I'll probably go just to see what a real team looks like up close.
